-> Is customer service an art or a science?

For us, good customer service is both an art and a science
-it should appeal to our members and be effective. Consider what
our members say about us:

We're thankful for the support HSLDA membership provides us. We'd
never homeschool without them. We highly recommend HSLDA to all
homeschoolers. - North Tonawanda, NY

I cannot imagine our homeschool journey without HSLDA's strong
leadership, protection, and guidance. God bless HSLDA!

10. Coming up on HSLDA @home e-vents

How can literature support Christian faith? Join Dr. James Stobaugh on
Monday, October 26, at 9:00 p.m. (ET), to hear how appreciation of
literature can establish a firm apologetics foundation for your
student. In this stimulating webinar, Dr. Stobaugh will specifically
address the importance of learning to understand, analyze, and
appreciate literature for effective college preparation and for the
establishment of a firm apologetics foundation.

Then, on Thursday, October 29, at 9:00 p.m. (ET), discover the
father's role in the homeschooling endeavor. Dr. Fred Worth will
explain that, even if Mom is doing the majority of the instruction,
the father has a very important role in the success of the family's
homeschool. His role encompasses academics, discipline and spiritual
leadership. Dr. Worth will explain what Dad needs to do to be
successful in each important part of his role as a homeschool father.
