-> Is customer service an art or a science?

For us, good customer service is both an art and a science
-it should appeal to our members and be effective. Consider what
our members say about us:

We're thankful for the support HSLDA membership provides us. We'd
never homeschool without them. We highly recommend HSLDA to all
homeschoolers. - North Tonawanda, NY

I cannot imagine our homeschool journey without HSLDA's strong
leadership, protection, and guidance. God bless HSLDA!

Next week on HSLDA @home e-vents:

Ever feel "stuck" trying to help your children learn to deal with
anger or a short temper? If so, don't miss our July 13 e-vent at 9:00
p.m. (ET). HSLDA President Michael Smith addresses anger from a
biblical viewpoint, focusing on the positive and negative aspects of
anger. He also suggests ways to help your children identify the causes
of anger and take the necessary steps toward freedom from anger.

Then, learn to see your children from God's perspective--as a
landscape of limitless possibilities! Join author and speaker Zan
Tyler on Thursday, July 14, at 4:00 p.m. (ET) to discover how to help
your kids establish a godly identity, discover their purpose, and
build leadership and communication skills.

On July 15, at 4:00 and 9:00 p.m. (ET), listen as historical writer
Marilyn Boyer explores the principles that made America great. This
engaging webinar can help you encourage your children to put God first
as they shape the future of our nation.

Finally, on Thursday, July 16, at 9:00 p.m. (ET), home education
expert Kathy Weitz introduces classical writing methods such as short
lessons, copywork, narration, nature study, and picture study that
will strengthen your children's writing abilities and give them a
versatile understanding of the written word.

Tune in to this week's @home e-vents to find encouragement and
inspiration for helping your children grow and learn at home!
