Kentucky: Register now for a FREE @home e-vent discussing Kentucky
home education law!
Do you have questions about what you are required to do to teach your
children under Kentucky home education law? Is there something about
Kentucky homeschool law that you have always wondered about? HSLDA
staff attorney, Thomas J. (Tj) Schmidt will be presenting "How to
homeschool in Kentucky" in a live @home e-vent on Thursday, June 25,
at 3:00 p.m. (ET), 2:00 p.m. (CT). You can attend this session in the
comfort of your own home.
During this @home e-vent, Tj will discuss all you need to know about
homeschooling in Kentucky. Included topics will cover what the state's
compulsory attendance age is, when you need to file your notice of
intent, and what records you need to keep in order to teach your
child(ren) at home. Tj will also address the common documents
homeschooling parents receive from their local school district and
what is really required to get a driver's license for a homeschool
student.
