Oregon--Come Attend Speaking Event
with HSLDA Attorney Thomas Schmidt
Dear HSLDA Members and Friends,
Thomas (Tj) Schmidt from the Home School Legal Defense Association
will be in Salem for an exciting "Question and Answer" session open
for all homeschoolers. Tj will speak at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8,
the day after Apple Pie Day, at the Evergreen Presbyterian Church at
905 Cottage St. NE, in downtown Salem.
Please make your plans now to come at 6:00 p.m. to meet Tj Schmidt and
fellowship with other homeschooling families. He will be taking
questions at 7:00 about homeschooling, parental rights, HSLDA, and
more. Besides working at HSLDA as a staff attorney, both Tj and his
wife Susan were taught at home and are just beginning to homeschool
their three young children.
You can bring your questions with you, or submit them ahead of time
