====================================================================== From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ====================================================================== April 20, 2009 New Hampshire--H.B. 368 to be "Studied" Tomorrow Dear HSLDA Members and Friends, As you know, House Bill 368 was "retained" by the House Education committee during the same session House Bill 367 was voted inexpedient to legislate. During the hearings, Chairman Emma Rouse described H.B. 368 as a "vehicle" to continue to "study" the homeschool laws in New Hampshire. A committee work session is scheduled to take place tomorrow, April 21, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. in LOB 207 at the Legislative Office Building (directly behind the State House on State Street). There will likely be no time for public comment; however, the public is welcome to attend. If interested, please show your support for homeschool freedom and attend. If possible, take a notepad, tape recorder, or video recorder as the meeting will likely not be recorded.
