1. Pennsylvania: Court Rules Religious Freedom Not Violated

The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit ruled that
Pennsylvania's homeschooling law, which is among the most burdensome
in the country, does not violate the Free Exercise Clause of the
United States Constitution.
