Maine--Department of Education Responds
to Attorney Letter and Fixes Form
We are happy to report that in response to the letter HSLDA attorney
Scott Woodruff sent to the Maine Department of Education, the
Department has now completely fixed the "subsequent year letter" form
available on its website. It no longer calls for any information
beyond what the law requires.
Families can use the state form, or the form available on the
members-only section of the HSLDA website, or write their own
subsequent year letter.
