Nebraska: Reminder--Notification Due
to Department of Education by August 1
Dear HSLDA Members and Friends,
This is a reminder that your notification paperwork is due to the
Nebraska Department of Education by August 1.
Nebraska law requires schools that do not elect to meet state
accreditation requirements (this includes homeschools) to annually
submit a Parent or Guardian Form (Form A), Parent Representative Form
(Form B), and an Information Summary to the State Department of
Education. HSLDA recommends that you mail these forms certified, with
a return receipt requested.
