This event will be held at the Plano Centre, 2000 East Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas. Featured keynote speaker will be Doug Phillips! The conference will also offer an on-site children's program as well as a two-day civics workshop for your teenagers that will be sponsored by the Blackstone Institute and presented by Dr. Virginia Armstrong.
