Generation Joshua: Benjamin Rush Award Winners Congratulations to the 2006 Benjamin Rush Awards winners. Brittany Barden, 18, of Kansas, achieved the American Statesman level and had the highest total points. This was the third year in a row that Brittany achieved this level. Also reaching the top level was Kyle Forti, 17, of Indiana. The final recipient was South Carolina resident Jonathan Spratley, 13, the youngest award winner ever, who achieved the American Citizenship level.
