Your year-end assessment is due to your local superintendent by August 1. 2. Your notice of intent is due to your local superintendent by August 15. Although it is not necessary to use any form at all, we have posted a form on the members-only section of our website for those who want to be certain they are supplying all that is required, but no more than is required. 3.
