A new poll from Harris surveyed 2,435 U.S. adults between March 8 and
14, 2006. The findings show just how much progress homeschooling has
made over the past several years.

2. Patrick Henry College Names New President

Dr. Graham Walker, a highly qualified scholar and godly leader, was
recently named President of Patrick Henry College. He replaces
President and college founder Dr. Michael P. Farris, who will continue
to lead PHC in the newly created role of Chancellor.

3. Texas: Homeschooler Wins Short-Notice Court Case

A family called us after they were given a day to prepare for a court
hearing on alleged truancy charges. Our lawyers contacted the
presiding judge, who not only dismissed the case, but praised the mom
for homeschooling her son.
