denial of a parent's fundamental right to the care, custody, and
control of their children. To our knowledge Arizona is the first state

Senate Bill 1527 clearly violates a parent's fundamental rights in the
care, custody, and control of their minor children which has been
guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. For a review of many of the

If you pass on a legacy of freedom, your children and their
children's children will thank you. But freedom is never secure;
it must always be guarded. Membership with HSLDA is an investment

families wanting to teach their children at home.
