2. New Hampshire - Ruling Vindicates Private School Option

The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHDE) has failed in its
attempt to prevent homeschool families from operating as a private
school.

3. Maryland - State Reverses Rejection of Church Umbrella Program

The pastor of Victory Baptist Church (Garret County) submitted notice
to the Maryland Department of Education (MDE) that the church was
going to operate an umbrella program for homeschool families. He
didn't expect any problems.
