====================================================================== From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ====================================================================== July 12, 2005 Tennessee--Homeschool Parent & Support Group Seminar & Teen Track Dear HSLDA members and friends: Please join us Friday night, August 12 and Saturday, August 13 for a fantastic seminar filled with encouragement and valuable information for home educators in Tennessee! The Jackson Support Group Seminar, which is co-hosted by the Home School Legal Defense Association and Tennessee Home Education Association, will be held at Union University, Hwy 45 Bypass North, Jackson, Tennessee. Friday's banquet for the adults and pizza party for the teens will begin at 7:30 p.m. Saturday's registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the seminar runs from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Speakers include HSLDA President J. Michael Smith, Attorney Dewitt Black, and Director of Generation Joshua, Ned Ryun. For those of you who wish to attend please register today, using one of the following options: 1. By mail: Complete the printed registration card and mail it to: THEA/HSLDA Seminar, PO Box 681652, Franklin, TN 37068. If you do not have a registration card please send a note to the above address and include your name, address, phone number, support group name, and the number of people you wish to register (including teens). Also, please list how you wish to pay (mail a check or provide a Visa or MasterCard number); 2. By phone: Call THEA at (615) 293-7140; 3. E-mail: conference@hslda.org. The registration fee is $10 per person/$15 per couple for HSLDA members and $15 per person/$20 per couple for non-members.* This price includes a continental breakfast, comprehensive seminar notebook and lunch. *HSLDA Members - register a non-member, and you attend for half price! Be sure to sign up the non-member at the same time you register in order to take advantage of this special offer.
