Ohio's homeschool regulations specifically state that a "brief
outline" of intended curriculum and "list of textbooks and other basic
teaching materials" are "for informational purposes only."

Texas - On August 26, 2004, an HSLDA member family received a letter
from the Attendance Specialist of the Houston Independent School
District.
