====================================================================== From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ====================================================================== June 30, 2004 Iowa--Clinton Community Schools Make Unlawful Request Dear HSLDA members and friends in the Clinton Community School District: In a letter dated May 18, 2004, Barbara Nielson, Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the Clinton Community Schools, sent a letter to local homeschool families explaining that the school needed to update their records. Attached to the letter is a form which is to be completed and returned to her by May 27, 2004. The form includes a parent checklist and student progress section, with a space for a signature and date at the bottom. You are not obligated by law to fill out this form.
