On June 15, 2004, the Montgomery City Council voted to uphold the Mayor's veto of the daytime curfew ordinance. Therefore, this ordinance, designated as no. 43-2004, will not become law. Thank you for your faithfulness in contacting members of the City Council and expressing your opposition to this measure. Your opposition to this oppressive ordinance undoubtedly made the difference.
