HB 266 has passed the House! Dear HSLDA members and friends: House Bill 266, which would implement important changes in Child Protective Services procedure, has passed the Utah House of Representatives! Thanks to your calls and prayers, these important changes have made a very positive step towards becoming law. This bill has now moved to the Senate, where we are awaiting a committee assignment.
