The federal protections for student privacy are far from complete.
For this reason, several states are considering amendments to enhance
homeschool privacy.

HSLDA is defending a member family's right to privacy from the
Arkansas Department of Human Services.

LD 160 would create a new homeschool option free of the needless
restrictions the Department of Education has imposed through its
rules.

SB 276 would have required homeschool students to take state tests
adopted by the Montana Board of Public Education.
