---------------------------------------------------------------------- From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- October 18, 2002 Dear HSLDA members and friends, On behalf of the residents of the Washington, DC metropolitan area and our co-laborers, I am requesting prayer for protection from the sniper who has now killed nine people in the DC area. Our office is 50 miles from the Capitol and most of our staff live in the potential danger zone. As a result of the shootings, many in this area are gripped with fear. Virtually all organized outdoor activities in the area have been canceled indefinitely. We are asking you to gather your family together and pray daily until this person is caught. Your prayers will avail much. Thank you on behalf of our staff in anticipation of your prayers and supplication.
