Only by working together can we defend home school freedom and keep the cost of membership low. We want to let you know that we will be at an event in your area on June 14 and 15. The 10th Annual Network of Iowa Christian Home Educators (NICHE) Conference will be held at the First Federated Church, 4801 Franklin Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. HSLDA Attorney Scott A. Woodruff will be speaking on "Home School Legal Issues," and "How to Protect Your Child from the Child Protective Services," and will also co-host a "Home Schooling Questions and Answers" workshop. Again this year, we are offering a special incentive for new members. First-time members who join HSLDA at the 10th Annual NICHE Conference will receive a free book.
