---------------------------------------------------------------------- From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- April 26, 2002 Dear HSLDA Members and Friends, It has come to our attention of that the e-lert update on Ohio House Bill 402 sent April 25, 2002, contained an inaccuracy that must be corrected. It appears that Senator ROBERT Gardner voted NO on the Wachtmann amendment, while Senator RANDY Gardner voted YES, not vice versa. We appreciate Senator Randy Gardner's stand for family freedoms, and regret Senator Robert Gardner's unfortunate vote. Home School Legal Defense Association has apologized to Senator Randy Gardner, and hopes that this e-mail will prevent any further confusion.
