Home School Legal Defense Association and the National Center for Home Education encourage you to take time to vote and remind your friends and family to vote as well. Polls are open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Precinct Conventions start at 7:30 P.M. after the polls close.) You will find information on voting locations, a 2002 election year calendar, voter registration information for the 2002 general election, and much more at the Secretary of State's Voter & Election Information web page: http://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/voter/index.shtml. Your vote is important. Voting is every American citizen's duty.
