Dear Texas Members and Friends,

Tuesday, March 12, is General Primary Election Day for Texas. Home
School Legal Defense Association and the National Center for Home
Education encourage you to take time to vote and remind your friends
and family to vote as well.

Polls are open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Precinct Conventions
start at 7:30 P.M. after the polls close.) You will find information
on voting locations, a 2002 election year calendar, voter
registration information for the 2002 general election, and much more
at the Secretary of State's Voter & Election Information web page:

Your vote is important. Voting is every American citizen's duty.
Founding Father Samuel Adams said, "Let each citizen remember at the
moment he is offering his vote that he is... executing one of the
most solemn trusts in human society for which he is accountable to
God and his country."
