Heritage Foundation Examines UN Convention Committees

The Heritage Foundation recently released an excellent report examining the UN Committees that monitor the implementation of the Convention to Eliminate All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

Home School Legal Defense Association opposes both of these treaties. We believe the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child is one of the most dangerous attacks on parental rights ever. Although it has been temporarily halted in the United States, we continue to monitor this treaty to make sure it is not implemented in this country. We also continue to monitor other UN activity that would adversely affect family freedom.
