Home School Legal Defense Association Named CNS “Site of the Week” Alexandria, VA - Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) was named the Internet “Site of the Week” Monday by the Conservative News Service, the Internet News Wire.
HSLDA, founded by Michael P. Farris, Esq., is located at http://www.hslda.org and headquartered in Purcellville, VA. As a non-profit advocacy organization, HSLDA was “established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms,” according to the group’s Internet web site.
“The HSLDA web site features daily updates and its ‘Alert Pager’ provides up-to-date information on the latest education legislation. The CNS Site of the Week Award is presented to organizations with Internet sites that provide web surfers with excellence in coverage of important issues, in-depth content and superior overall web site design.
