Homeschool Successes

Issue Description
HSLDA has been lauding the successes of young homeschool students across the country for several years. Some of these success stories have been featured in HSLDA's bi-monthly publication, the Court Report and many others have been posted on the website.

Now you can find recent stories in the. Homeschool Successes section of our website. Homeschool Successes is a periodic feature in which we will highlight one of the many, many success stories in the world of home education. If you know of a homeschool success, please contact us at media@hslda.org. Please note that due to the abundance of homeschool student successes we are unable to highlight all stories, but we will certainly consider all stories sent.

Issue Background
In recent years homeschooling has become a vast movement, and now it is possible to see the kind of results that are coming from students that have been educated at home. With few exceptions, these results show an astounding success in both academic and social achievement! Homeschoolers have shown that they are equal or better than public school students in academics, and have strongly impacted their communities through innovative ideas and creative projects. HSLDA has and will continue to gather data on these successes to convince government officials to protect and further the right of families to homeschool.
