Purcellville, VA – Today, Home School Legal Defense Association announces that Andrew Smith of Fairport, New York has won the Second Annual HSLDA Art Contest.

Andrew won first place from 169 entries in Category I, which is for homeschooled students aged 7-10.

Andrew has always been fascinated by lighthouses and chose to submit his favorite lighthouse drawing for the competition. It was also Andrew's first competition.
