How do you adjust to the winds and waves of life while keeping your homeschooling ministry stable? Life can change, and so can your homeschooling. But the importance of your ministry to your children remains constant. Today on Home School Heartbeat with host Mike Smith, author Jason Soldini shares his family’s experience. Mike Smith: Jason Soldini: Our overall mission to live and teach this relationship with God remains even as we find ourselves in need of adjusting our goals. For example, sometimes adjusting our goals means closing the doors to certain outward ministry. We have had seasons where we have pulled back from doing ministry or other homeschool activities to regain our footing. This is part of the beauty of homeschooling. We have the flexibility to decide our own schedule as we are led by a loving God. Remember Psalm 37:23 says that the Lord directs the steps of the godly—He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they’ll never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand. Mike: |
