Avoiding Lukewarm Relationships: An Interview with Zan Tyler

Vol. 76, Prg. 16–20
July 30–August 3, 2007

Homeschooling allows parents and children a unique opportunity to build strong family relationships. But in the busyness of day-to-day living, it’s easy to let these relationships grow “lukewarm.” This week, Michael Farris talks with homeschooling mom Zan Tyler, who offers parents encouragement and insight into making family relationships a priority.

Note on schedule change:
Home School Heartbeat’s interview with presidential candidate James Gilmore was scheduled to air this week. After Gilmore withdrew from the race on Saturday, July 14, we asked radio stations to replace his interview with a re-broadcast of Zan Tyler’s challenging and encouraging thoughts on “Avoiding Lukewarm Relationships.”

It is possible, however, that some stations may air the Gilmore interview.
