Interview with Homeschooling Dad Bruce Shortt

While moms usually shoulder the bulk of teaching in a homeschool, some dads take on this role. This week, Bruce Shortt describes the challenges and rewards of teaching his three sons. He also gives an update on the Southern Baptist Convention education resolution of 2006, which he co-sponsored.

Bruce Shortt
Bruce is a graduate of Harvard Law School, holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, was a Fulbright Scholar and a Whiting Fellow, and serves on the board of directors at Exodus Mandate. He also authored The Harsh Truth about Public Schools. Bruce is a member of North Oaks Baptist Church and practices law in Houston, Texas, where he resides with his wife and homeschools their three sons.
