The current generation of homeschool teens can change America, but they need training to be effective. This week, Generation Joshua Director Ned Ryun joins Mike Farris to announce a new program designed for that purpose. Generation Joshua's two prongs—Civics Education and Student Action Teams—provide teens with the philosophical grounding as well as practical experience for political involvement. A former presidential writer for George W. Bush and son of sitting U.S. Congressman Jim Ryun, Ned Ryun is the director of Generation Joshua, a division of Homeschool Legal Defense Association. Ned also directs HSLDA's federal political action committee. Ned co-authored Heroes Among Us with his father and twin brother, Drew, and graduated with the highest distinction from the University of Kansas with degrees in English and history. He currently resides in Washington, D.C. |
