As Membership Director of Home School Legal Defense Association since 1989, Chuck has been able to see first-hand the growth and challenges of the home schooling movement. He and his wife Dianne home school their three children in northern Virginia. In 2001, Chuck added a new hat, becoming the Executive Director of the Home School Foundation.
