Joseph Farah is the founder, editor, and chief executive officer of WND.com. Farah writes a daily column for WND and a weekly nationally syndicated newspaper column for Creators News Service. He is also the founder and CEO of WND Books, a publishing venture that has produced the highest percentage of New York Times best-sellers of any publishing company in the U.S. Farah has written or collaborated on 14 books, including his latest, “The Tea Party Manifesto: A Vision for an American Rebirth,” and “Taking America Back,” which has been published in three editions. He has collaborated with Rush Limbaugh, Hal Lindsey, Greg Laurie, and others.
Farah made a name for himself with traditional daily newspapers prior to his founding of WND—running the Sacramento Union, directing the news operation of the Los Angeles Herald Examiner for six years, and serving as editor in chief of a group of California dailies and weeklies. He was a reporter, foreign correspondent, editor in chief of major market dailies, and newspaper publisher before launching the first independent online news service in the world.
The former nationally syndicated daily talk-show host has written for such publications as the Wall Street Journal, Jerusalem Post, National Review, TV Guide, Reason, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, San Francisco Chronicle, Chicago Sun-Times, and other national, international, and regional publications.
