Mike Smith:
Tracy Klicka, director of development for the Home School Foundation, is with us again today. At this time of year, many folks are considering year-end charitable giving. You can donate to HSF by visiting homeschoolfoundation.org and clicking “Give help.” That’s a crucial way to support the Foundation.

But Tracy, for families who may not be able to give financially, are there any other ways to get involved in the Foundation’s work to help families homeschool through hard times?

Tracy Klicka:
Absolutely, Mike. From walking through the loss of my husband Chris nearly two years ago, I know that others’ prayers have been a most important means of support. Please pray for us at the Home School Foundation and the families we serve. We want God’s help and blessing in all we do.

In addition, if you know of a homeschooling family in need, email us! Let us know, so we can come alongside them, and assist them.

Finally, the Home School Foundation has an ambassador program, where homeschoolers can connect with other families in their state to provide practical assistance to a homeschooling family. Contact us to find out how you can become part of our ambassador program and help other homeschoolers. We’re truly grateful for the compassion and involvement of the families who serve.
