Going through trials and receiving encouragement and support from others can change your perspective on life—and inspire you in turn to reach out to others! Today on Home School Heartbeat, Tracy Klicka joins host Mike Smith with her story. HSF Brochure Packet
For more information about the Home School Foundation and how you can help families in need, request a copy of the Foundation Brochure packet. Mike Smith: Tracy Klicka: Your dear wife Elizabeth, who served as the Home School Foundation’s director of development for over six years brought a tremendous amount of vision and care for others. I desire to walk in her footsteps and build on all the wonderful work she has done. Not only that, but with my past experience in administration and recent experience as a widow, I hope to build strong relationships with both those who support our ministry to needy homeschooling families as well as to these precious families themselves. I got a note just yesterday, Mike, from a widow who, though her heart is still heavy from the loss of her husband four years ago, is a beautiful picture of deep trust in God in the middle of some pretty hard circumstances. It is families like these that we at HSF want to bless by serving, but who regularly bless us by their testimony of God’s sustaining power. Mike: |
