New email confirmation
Do you find it reassuring when you receive a speedy note of confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed? Home School Legal Defense Association is excited to announce our new confirmation system! All members who have a valid email address in their account will receive an email confirmation as soon as their membership renewal payment has been received and processed. (Note that your membership cards will still take several weeks to arrive since they have to be printed and mailed.)
Of course, we'll need your email address. If you have not provided us with an email address, but would like to do so, please visit http://members.hslda.org/account.asp, log in, and click on Update Profile. You can also update your account with a new email address, phone number, or mailing address in the same way.
HSLDA is always looking for new ways to improve our service to you. Let us know what you think about our confirmation system.
Support homeschooling when you shop online
Thanks to your help, Clicks for Homeschooling raised over $2000 for the Home School Foundation in its first month and a half of existence. Launched in mid-November 2003, this free, easy-to-use program enables anyone to support homeschooling just by using the links on our Clicks for Homeschooling web page to connect to popular online shopping venues.*
The online retailers on the page will give a portion of your online purchase amount back to HSLDA for the work of the Home School Foundation. We're continually adding new retailers to the list, so stop by Clicks for Homeschooling next time you shop online, and let us know how we can improve the site.
* Disclaimer
The listing of a retailer with the Clicks for Homeschooling program does not constitute the promotion or endorsement by HSLDA or the Home School Foundation of that retailer, its products, or its actions. The Clicks for Homeschooling program is intended to benefit HSF through funds provided by retailers from sales that participants would have otherwise made anyway. HSLDA recognizes that some retailers may have products and practices that are not consistent with HSLDA and the Home School Foundation and we urge all participants to shop responsibly.
