  PRAYER & PRAISE

Praise the Lord for the spread of homeschooling in the international community. Ask him to bless international homeschoolers as they obtain resources, network with other homeschoolers, and seek favor with their governments (Cover story).

Seek God's blessing on the Home School Foundation's efforts to serve homeschooling families in other countries (From the heart).

Pray for U.S. leaders and military personnel involved in defending freedom around the world.

Lift up our active and pending cases (Active cases).

Thank God for protecting homeschool freedom in state legislation, from overzealous school officials, and in overly aggressive social services investigations. (Across the States)

Uphold homeschooling families who are beginning a new school year this fall. Ask the Lord to give parents wisdom as they plan and prepare curriculum. Pray for the many homeschool students who will begin or continue their education this year.

Intercede for the faculty, staff, and students of Patrick Henry College as they begin a new semester. Pray for their spiritual, emotional, and academic growth in the coming year.

Pray for HSLDA's National Center for Home Education staff as they promote homeschooling in legislation (Homeschool Non-Discrimination Act) and in graduate-level research programs (John & Abigail Adams Fellowship). (See Freedom Watch.)

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
