National Center Hosts 2003 Summit

 | Doug Domenech, White House Liaison, U.S. Department of the Interior, described the approximately 1,000 government boards and commissions to which 40,000 citizens are appointed. Prior to his appointment by the Bush administration, Doug served as Director of HSLDA's National Center. |
