Q & A Document Advances
The New Jersey Department of Education has now issued a second draft of “Homeschooling Questions and Answers.” (See May/June Court Report for additional background.) Several task force members have submitted comments to address the remaining problems in this document. Home School Legal Defense Association expects a third draft soon. — Scott A. Woodruff
