MCAS Battle Pays Off

Home School Legal Defense Association phone lines are continually abuzz with legal activity in Massachusetts, and this year is no exception. Home schoolers have much to be grateful for, however. As hundreds of public school students boycotted the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) tests in April, home and private school families were able to sit back and rejoice over the MCAS battle we fought and won several years back. And our hard work in one school district after another keeps paying off, as the letter below indicates.
