Brunelle Case Benefits Other Districts
Home schoolers across Massachusetts rejoiced when the state Supreme Judicial Court ruled in favor of home schoolers and against the City of Lynn. A large number of school districts still have “home visit” language in their home school policies. We encourage every local support group to get a copy of their district’s current home school policy. If it refers to “home visits,” this would be a good time to contact the school administration to ask them whether the policy will be changed in light of the new ruling.
