Summary:

This bill amends the Mississippi Resident Tuition Assistance Grant Program and the Mississippi Eminent Scholars Fund to, among other things, require that homeschool recipients have attended an "accredited" home education program. Home education programs are not accredited, so this bill would eliminate homeschool students from participation in these scholarship programs.
