Summary:

This bill would create “open campus initiatives” by which students in a school district, charter school, cyber charter school, nonpublic school, and home education program might receive instruction through the public school inside or outside of a school building using the internet, video conferencing, or other electronic means. This proposal appears to preserve the status, integrity, and control of the home education program as it exists under current law.
