Summary:

This bill would create the "ABC Program" by which pre-kindergarten instruction would be made available to all children based on the Mississippi Pre-Kindergarten Curriculum. While this would begin as a voluntary program, it has the potential to become mandatory in later years. HSLDA opposes any expansion of state education, especially to children who are 3 and 4 years old.
