Summary:

This bill would create REACH Scholarships for college attendance for students who pursue higher education in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math. It would include homeschoolers, even though the eligibility requirements for homeschoolers would be established by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency.
