House Bill 881 would revise the general eligibility requirements for the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program. Specifically, the bill revises provisions relating to approval of community service work for eligibility for the Bright Futures award. Homeschool students would have to obtain the approval of the Florida Department of Education for their community service work.
