House Bill 3454: Increases Grade Levels for Testing Homeschool Students

Summary:

This is a companion bill to Senate Bill 3295. It would increase the grade levels for testing homeschool students who go through the school district from grades 5, 7, and 9 to grades 3–12. Additionally, it would change the standard for unacceptable test performance from a reference to the grade level of the student to "below proficient."
