Summary:

This is a companion bill to Senate Bill 3541, both of which would shorten the time a student would have to be homeschooled to receive a HOPE scholarship from two years to one. The section of the Tennessee Code affected by this bill should also be amended to conform it to the homeschool law as it was changed in 2011.
