If passed, HB 2323 would create a tax credit for families for education expenses as well as for businesses and individuals who donate to scholarship organizations which in turn grant scholarships to West Virginia families for educational expenses including textbooks, school supplies, academic lessons, tutoring, and membership fees in an association that sets academic standards or provides educational curricula.
